Vash&Co offers lively educational and motivating  after-school  programmes  for  children.   Our sessions are packed full of interesting topics,  creative projects  and   inspiring   ideas   that contribute to the social and emotional wellbeing of a child.  Each session is carefully created to teach  critical  thinking,  encourage  creative development and enhance understanding of the world.

Vash&Co  was  created  by  Polina Vashchenko who brings her love for the arts and education into her  innovative, stimulating and fun after-school programmes.

Hello from Polina!

My name is Polina Vashchenko hence the name Vash&Co. I am very loving, curious and a fun person to be around. I am passionate about life and learning.  Thus, I have been working in the educational sector for over ten years. I have taught a wide range of subjects at after school clubs, pre-schools and have been a private tutor in London.  

I have a BA in Communications with Minor Sociology and Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy Birth to Seven years. I believe in personal and professional growth. Therefore, I am currently furthering my qualifications and  doing a Masters Degree in Art Education. Thus, I can keep up with the ever-changing world of pedagogy and keep the standards of teaching high because I believe every child has a right to receive quality education. 

As an educator I am humbled to be given opportunities to be a part of every child’s learning journey. I believe that the knowledge about  the world is constructed  in unity of different experiences, cultures and generations.  Thus, I believe in a diverse classroom where everyone's experiences and thoughts are valued.  I learn from my students as much as they learn from me and we create a positive, rich and safe learning environment together where people are free to be themselves.
