Mission statement:
Every child should have a holistic education. Unfortunately our educational system is not built to see the child as a whole. I think it is essential to be transparent with our children and educate them that there are many aspects of human development. Noticing the gap in the educational system I have created an art program which will introduce students to this important topic.
I understand that introducing children to human development can be a tricky task but with the age appropriate language and fun art activities children can understand that we all have abilities to change and grow throughout our lives. This topic will help them to become lifelong learners and to familiarise themselves with the concept of growth mindset which will help them to see change and transformation as a positive thing .
